BOOKING POLICIES
Thank you for choosing The Permanent Makeup Room. Please take a moment to read the following policies before booking your appointment.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Booking fees are deducted from the final treatment cost and secure your appointment date and time. No appointment is confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.
NO SHOWS
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay a new booking fee before booking future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. This helps ensure that all clients receive the highest standard of care and attention.
SUITABILITY FOR TREATMENT
Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. Certain medical conditions, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent cosmetic procedures may affect eligibility for treatment.
A full consultation and medical questionnaire will be completed before treatment. In some cases, medical clearance may be required.
PATCH TESTING
Patch testing may be required prior to treatment. Clients are responsible for informing me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before their appointment.
RESULTS
Every client’s skin is unique and therefore healed results may vary. Factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medications, aftercare, and individual healing responses can affect pigment retention and final results.
While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS
A perfecting session may be recommended following your initial treatment to refine shape, colour, and overall healed results.
Touch-up appointments should be attended within the recommended timeframe to achieve optimal results.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of permanent makeup treatments, refunds cannot be provided for completed services.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided before and after treatment.
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect healing and pigment retention.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for documentation, training, insurance, and marketing purposes. Client confidentiality will always be respected.
